Chinese technicians exposure to international education in the changing competitive environment of self, will continue to progress and development. Training high-skilled technician education, personnel training is the basic model. In 2004, the College of Education began to organize technicians to explore the practice of competency-based teaching system training model, through the investigation of teachers to fully listen to experts and other universities on the advice of experts, developed with the technician characteristics of education personnel training and academic characteristics of the planning and implementation of programs and students had been implemented in 2005, initially established a competency-based talent training model.
